Bill Aldridge, 72, of Windsor, Missouri, died Friday morning, April 2, 2021, at his home in Windsor. He was born May 13, 1948, in Waycross, Georgia. He was raised by his grandparents, John E. and Maude Aldridge. On December 18, 1971, he married Becky Sue Hedger in Omaha, Nebraska, and she survives of the home. Bill retired in 1986 after serving in the United States Air Force for 20 years. He then worked as a policeman in Windsor for several years and then at Tyson for 10 years before retiring. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. In addition to his wife Becky, survivors include 2 sons, Billy (Bernice) Aldridge and John Aldridge, all of Windsor; 2 grandsons, Mikeal (Tyra) Aldridge and Joey Aldridge; a great-granddaughter, Neveah Aldridge; a brother Bobby Aldridge; 2 half-brothers, David Smith and Jimmy Smith; a half-sister, Linda Smith Miller; his father-in-law, Kenneth Cox, Harrisonville, Mo.; and 2 brothers-in-law, Ronald Cox and Mark Cox. Military honors will be held 6:00 p.m., Monday evening, April 5, 2021, at the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor.
