Sheila Gross, 65, of Windsor, Missouri, died late Tuesday evening, June 22, 2021, at the Country Club Care Center, Warrensburg, Mo. She was born August 27, 1955, in Windsor, Mo., the daughter of James Harvey Woolery and Nordema Mae (Findley) Woolery. On April 2, 1977, she married Roger Lynn Gross in Windsor and he survives of the home. After high school, Sheila went to beautician school and worked as a hairdresser. She also worked at the International Shoe Factory and Parmelee Industries, both in Windsor. She loved to cook and bake. Her cinnamon rolls were a family favorite. She enjoyed being with family, especially time with her nieces and nephews. She loved flowers and watching the birds and her beloved dog, Carmen. She was a member of the Grace Community Church in Windsor. In addition to her husband Roger, survivors include a brother, Stanley Woolery (Arlene), Windsor, Mo.; a sister, Cathy Quick, Windsor, Mo.; 5 nieces and nephews, Stacey Smith (Tim), James Woolery, Jon Quick (Aline), Jeremy Quick (Loribeth), and Adam Quick; 8 great-nieces and nephews, Drew Quick (Savannah), Jordan Quick, Brittany Allen (Da’Vaughn), Wyatt Woolery, Delaney Quick, Luke Quick, Morgan Quick, and Zoey Quick; several great-great-nieces and nephews; a brother-in-law, James Gross (Bettie); and 7 nieces and nephews-in-law, Pam, Trish, Ed, Karen, Andy, Doug, and Christy. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother-in-law, Gene Gross; and 2 sisters-in-law, Wanda Southers and Mollie Cline. Memorial services will be 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at the Grace Community Church, Windsor, with Pastor Bill Douglas officiating. Burial will be in the Laurel Oak Cemetery, Windsor, at a later date. The family suggests contributions to the Grace Community Church in care of the Hadley Funeral Home, Windsor.
